1. Overview
DailyHub AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed by Shivam Innovation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the app. By installing or using DailyHub AI, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account info (email, name, profile picture) if you sign in with Google.
- Content you create: notes, todos, habits, focus sessions, expenses, AI chats.
- Basic device info: OS version, model, language — used only for diagnostics.
We do NOT collect: contacts, SMS, calls, precise location, browsing history, advertising IDs, or biometric data (fingerprint/face is processed only by your device).
3. How we use your data
- Provide app functionality (sync, backup, AI features).
- Improve stability & performance via aggregated anonymous analytics.
- Respond to your support requests.
4. AI features
When you use AI Chat or AI Tools, the text you enter is sent to our secure backend and then to trusted LLM providers (OpenAI / Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude) to generate a response. We do not use your chats to train models. Anonymized logs may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and quality monitoring.
5. Data storage & security
Your app data is stored securely on our servers (encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256). Guest data lives only on your device unless you sign in with Google. You can delete your account any time from Profile → Sign out or by emailing us.
6. Third-party services
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- OpenAI / Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude (AI responses)
- MongoDB Atlas (data storage)
- Google Play Services (app distribution)
Each provider has its own privacy policy; we recommend you review them.
7. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will promptly delete that data.
8. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data.
- Correct — fix inaccurate information.
- Delete — request full account and data removal.
- Export — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — at any time via app settings.

9. Ads & monetisation
DailyHub AI may show non-personalised advertisements powered by Google AdMob in future updates to keep the app free. AdMob may collect device identifiers per its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Users in the EU/UK will see a consent screen (as required by GDPR) before any personalised ads are shown.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app via a notification. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Historic versions are available on request.
