1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using DailyHub AI (the “app”) developed by Shivam Innovation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on your personal devices for lawful purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app.
3. User content
You retain full ownership of the notes, todos, habits, expenses and chats you create. By using cloud sync (Google Sign-In), you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to overload our servers, bypass rate limits, or scrape our AI endpoints.
- Do not use AI features to generate hateful, sexual, violent, or defamatory content targeting real persons.
- Do not use the app to generate malware, phishing kits, or CSAM.
5. AI disclaimer
AI responses are generated by third-party large-language models and may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. Always use your own judgment or consult a qualified professional.
6. Premium subscription (future feature)
Premium features will be offered in a future update via Google Play billing. Prices will be shown in-app before purchase. Google Play’s refund policy applies. You can cancel any time from Play Store > Subscriptions.
7. Advertising
The app may display advertising via Google AdMob to keep the free tier sustainable. By using the app, you consent to the display of ads. Rewarded ads are optional and only shown when the user explicitly opts in.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or by deleting your account via Profile.
9. Warranty & liability
The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivam Innovation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Intellectual property
The app’s name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Shivam Innovation. All rights reserved. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Shivam Innovation is registered.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
